Office Administrative Staff
The Office Administrative Staff acts as the glue that keeps the multiple departments functioning cohesively.
Book keeping - processes all Owner, Subcontractor and Vendor payments and change orders.
The processing department acts as an assistant to the project mangers in all aspects of document control from drawings, submittals, RFI's, invitations to bid, documents Superintendent daily reports and progress photos and more.
Reviews all insurance certificates, develops all subcontracts and purchase orders and ensures all permits are current.
The role of a construction Superintendent overall is to direct subcontractor coordination, oversee installation process is in accordance with the contract documents, ensure quality and document all tasks ongoing in the field.
Our in house estimating staff prepares accurate budges for clients to understand the overall project cost, put projects out to bid, prepare quantity and cost take-offs, qualify subcontractor proposals and maintain the budgets for ongoing projects.
